Divine “Solar Stew” was served to the community and public. Lead Solar Chef, Sister Baht Ammi explained that solar cooking is a life-sustaining concept providing economic benefits as well. For the past 3 years, The Israelite community has been using solar cooking as an alternative cooking method; perfecting recipes along with upgrading its solar technology. At this point, solar cooking has been
instituted as an official part of their dietary regime. The projected goal is to share their experiences and solar cooking skills with local Bedouin communities here in Israel.
Yehoshuah Ben Yehuda, Director of Divine Health, stated that “…solar based nutrition has been a quantum development in our effort to achieve perfect health. The rays of the sun positively affect the nutrition level of the food thus yielding bio-regenerative results for the community.”
