A Mind That Cannot Discern
Truth
Woe unto them who call
evil, good, and good, evil;
who put darkness for light,
and light for darkness; who
put bitter for sweet, and
sweet for bitter! -
Isaiah 5:20
I call heaven and earth
to record this day against
you, that I have set before
you life and death, blessing
and cursing; therefore,
choose life, that both thou
and thy seed may live. -
Deuteronomy 30:19
We note two salient points from
the above-mentioned scriptural
references. The first, an
undiscerning mind is susceptible
and vulnerable to
misfortune. The second, is that
the choice that you make is the
absolute destiny that you must
meet. Remember, the existence of
the life-process is not a matter
of individual choice or
democratic procedure. As an
individual, you can only end
your participation, not change
the process.
A mind that cannot discern Truth
bodes ill for the individual,
his family and
acquaintances. For example, the
unhealthy diet that he chooses
for himself will also be fed to
his children and guests that
stop by to share the
evening Most of the families of
the earth are lacking
“life-management skills”. They
simply do not understand the
essential life-management skills
required for them to protect
their health and
wellbeing. However, a lack of
such “knowledge” does not alter
nor postpone the inevitable
consequences.
Consider the state of affairs of
a people and planet that are
following a lifestyle wherein
evil is called “good,” and
darkness has supplanted
light. Conversely, the message
of redemption is looked upon as
evil and the light of salvation
is rejected as darkness.
Perhaps, more than anything
else, falsehood’s seemingly
gratuitous leadership has cost
us dearly by causing a shift in
our attitudes and beliefs. The
powers once exercised by parents
and institutions of social
control, have been constrained
and people, especially young
people, have embraced an ethos
that values self-expression over
self-control. Confirming this
diagnosis, contemporary society
now places less value than ever
on what we owe to God, our
Creator, as a matter of moral
obligation. The value of social
conformity and respectability,
correctness and restraint in
matters of physical pleasure and
sexuality and basic decency have
been swept into the
streets. Politics (corruption)
and economics (greed) are now at
the fore in shaping social
attitudes, not righteousness and
spirituality. Their spin doctors
have successfully defined
deviancy down and have enacted
morally indefensible
legislation.
You now see the world and the
people therein from the
perspective of Isaiah’s
prophecy. This includes yourself
and your vision. Thereafter, the
fear-factor prevents you from
giving credence to, or in most
instances, ever considering
another perspective. Remember,
there are only two minds (modes
of thinking/knowledge) that form
the foundation and the basis of
two different worlds.
History controls your destiny,
but under the influence of an
evil world dominion, you have
accepted flawed historical
references as Truth, and true
historical references as
false. A well-orchestrated
sequence of events – under this
evil influence – has led to the
demise of the human family. An
accurate historical perspective
is a prerequisite to revealing
the trends and patterns that
would make the words of the
Inspired Prophets visible. But,
if our history is no longer
accurate, and saturated in
falsehood, you are blinded. The
obvious objective has been to
prolong your judgment by keeping
you perpetually alienated from
Truth…and disqualified from
receiving the help of Yah.
Once you come under the
influence of the knowledge of
the living, Truth will open
doors to new realities and
levels of awareness allowing you
to observe and understand things
that consciously, for you, did
not previously exist. The
Genesis idea constitutes the
ultimate exposure to Truth. It
is the doorway into a new world,
moving you from one experience
to another, from death to
life. Once you go through that
door, nothing will ever be the
same.
