A
review of biblical history shows that it is not unusual for the
Omnipotent God to anoint a personal representative on earth and to
invest His authority in that representative.
Abraham was the “friend of God.” (2 Chronicles 20:7) Moses was
told that while Aaron would speak on his behalf, Moses himself would
stand in the stead of God. (Exodus 4:16) Jeremiah was chosen of
God before being formed in the womb. (Jeremiah 1:5) And, Yeshua
told his disciples that “whatever ye shall ask the Father in my name, He
shall give it to you.” (John 16:23)
Yet, there will be those who look upon Ben Ammi Ben-Israel, Messianic
Leader of the Kingdom of God, and ask, “On what authority does he
receive this mantle of messianic leadership?
Any sincere review of his works will certainly lead one to the obvious
conclusions:
-
In 1966, he received a vision revealing that the time had come
for the descendants of the biblical Israelites, among African
Americans, to return to the Promised Land and establish the
Kingdom of God! A year later, he led 350 African Americans from
inner-city Chicago on a journey to the bush of Liberia, West
Africa.
-
In 1969, members of that community entered Israel and laid the
foundation for God’s Kingdom on earth – a government of men and
women governed by the laws of God.
-
By 1990, their courageousness and diligence was rewarded and the
community became renowned as an oasis of social harmony, free of
crime, drug abuse and immorality. Israeli media declared the
community “an island of sanity,” and extolled Ben Ammi’s
inspired leadership. Even the U.S. Congress took notice,
labeling the accomplishments, “the miracle in the desert.”
Viewed through the prism of his achievements, we are compelled to know
that he is much more than an author. For those who have been watchers
of time, searching for the messenger sent from God, we implore you to
take heart, and be of good courage.
Behold the man of God…
Prince Immanuel Ben-Yehuda
